WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY?
Optima Scale warrants to the buyer that all materials sold to the buyer pursuant hereto are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year.
During this period if a product is found to be defective in material, please contact Optima Scale Mfg Co. by email to
email@example.com with details of the issue and proof such as photos. We will assure first whether we can help solve your problem. If not, we will assign you a return number to return the product to our repair department. Please do not return anything before you receive the return number.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE OPTIMA SCALES?
We would strongly suggest you get your products from your local dealer. This is because you can get the best instructions and service from the "local guy," who has the know how to help you better understand the scale and most probably can give you even further discounts. We have distributors and dealers across North American and South America, please refer to our dealers page for more information.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you purchased an Optima product through a dealer, it is important that you please contact your dealer first.
If your purchase was made directly through Optima Scale, please send and email to with your Invoice #, company name, contact person, address, and telephone number along with your reason for return.
Buyers have 14 days to issue a return and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Please do not return anything before you receive the return number.
